Owners may not alter the common areas in any way without written approval from the Grounds Maintenance Committee who oversee all the HOA common areas.
The HOA's contracted landscaper, Mochomo's Landscaping, performs common area maintenance on Thursdays under the supervision of the HOA Maintenance Chairman Mike Cochran and his committee members.
Owners should not approach Mochomo's crew with requests.
Please do notify the Maintenance Committee quickly with "urgent" concerns like pack rat nests or fallen trees.
Owners are responsible for maintaining their own grounds (Walled interiors & Front yards) and landscaping, however, alterations or additions to private landscaping that are visible from the street must receive written approval.
The area outside the Owner's front wall must adhere to the Standards set by the Rules and Regulations. Please read.
