Update:  The National Eats Food truck will be Catering and there is no Special Music. The music will come from the food truck.  And we will have Games like Corn Hole.
Peter Kron will be entertaining in October at our Oktoberfest Block Party and not the Spring Party. 
Other Contents:

• The annual meeting was attended by about 25% of the homes. 
• Director positions are the same as 2025. 
• Maintenance 
• Streets - Crack filling completed - Next phase is April 8, 9, and 10th. Contact Dave Ward if you have concerns, not the asphalt workers or the company. 
• Thursday, April 9th is our Block Party in the Desert Canyon cul-de-sac.
• Solar screens available for a Monterey home for free
