The Holidays are behind us, and we are in the middle of winter but that sure has a lot  different meaning in Green Valley than other parts of the country. Our weather has  been spectacular by all accounts and hopefully golf or other outdoor activities have  been on your schedule! 
I don’t have a lot to report in this January newsletter but there are some important  things to pass on:

• Election - Vote for Board Members
• Maintenance 
• Streets - Filing cracks on Jan 29-30  
• Audit Committee
• Contractor List   
• Fraud Seminar -Deed Fraud Learn what you can do!
• Other scams – Call the scam  office at 520-351-6715.
