Please review the CC&Rs and the Rules and Regulations under the tab above.
Owners may not alter the common areas in any way without written approval from the Grounds Maintenance Committee who oversee all the HOA common areas.
Val's Landscaping performs common area maintenance on Mondays .
Owners should not approach Val's crew with requests.
Please do notify the Maintenance Committee quickly with "urgent" concerns like pack rat nests or fallen trees.
Owners are responsible for maintaining their own grounds and landscaping, however, alterations or additions to private landscaping that are visible from the street must receive written approval.
The area outside the Owner's front wall must adhere to the Standards set by the Rules and Regulations. Please read.
